Welcome to Chicago’s Suburban premier live music venue! Austin’s Fuel Room is one of the only venues
that can boast of the Perfect night out, combining Austin’s Saloon a full service, reasonably priced restaurant and
a state of the art music venue. Austin’s Fuel Room was opened Nov. 2006 and since then The Fuel Room has
hosted many musical talents from around the world including: Bret Michaels, Buckcherry, Vince Neil, Ron Hawking,
Chevelle, Puddle Of Mudd, Finger 11, Theory Of A Dead Man, Saliva, Sevendust, and many, many more.
Our venue is so small, Any closer and you’d be on stage!

Parking and Transportation?
The Fuel Room has over 200 free parking spots with a free door-to-door shuttle service,
rental lots are required infrequently and parking for external lots is $5.00 per car.
Libertyville has two Metra train stations and in most cases we will pick you up with our shuttle service at no cost.

Lodging & overnight stay?
The Fuel Room works closely with the Holiday Inn Express. Room rates for Fuel Room
customers is $69.00 per night and shuttle services can be arranged. You MUST call this in and ask for the Austin's rate.

Will we need reservations to eat at Austin’s Saloon?
Due to the popularity of Austin’s great home made food reservations are suggested,
call (847-549-1972) and speak with our host.
Austin’s Saloon serves daily from 11:00 am until 11:00 pm
Is there any dress code?
We suggest you dress to have a fun evening out, the Fuel Room is not rough
around the edges so you shouldn’t be either lets say…casual funky fun?

Large groups are always welcome at the Fuel Room,

When are you open?
Austin’s saloon is open 7 days a week from 11:00 am, our box office typically closes
at 11:00 PM. feel free to call 847-549-1972 or check out our calendar to confirm hours for that day.

What is your age policy?
Fuel Room is a 21 and over venue, all must provide a valid ID for entry.
We have a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and illegal substances.
If you are caught drinking underage or with a fake ID, you will be
prosecuted by the proper agency and will not be allowed back in the club.
How can I get tickets to Fuel Room shows?
Tickets are available at the main box office and by phone 7 days a week from 11:00 am to close.
Tickets can also be purchased online at Fuel Room Will Call or at Ticketmaster
there is a small convenience fee associated with phone orders and online tickets,
however there are no fees if purchased at the box office.
What is seating like at the Fuel Room?
The Fuel Room is a general admission venue with limited to none fixed seating.
Seating is available on a “first-come, first-served” basis, unless you reserve a table by calling or stopping
by the box office. There are shows that may have 2 price levels including V.I.P. and general admission.
How do I reserve a table during a general admission show?
You can reserve a table by contacting our box office, there are a very limited amount of tables available and
there is a $250 food/beverage minimum to reserve a table during a GA show.
We do offer bottle service at these tables. Please note that an automatic 20% gratuity will be added on
total amount consumed at reserved tables. Any additional gratuity is at the discretion of the patron.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes! Gift Certificates are available at the box office!
What time do doors open for a show?
We usually open doors 2 hours before the start of a show. Remember that’s a “usually,” not an “always.”
Always check your ticket, our website, or call box office to confirm doors.
When do shows start?
Door and show times vary depending on the night’s line-up
(how many opening acts there are, what day of the week it is, etc.).
Check our website calendar or your ticket face to find the time for a particular show.
Is the Fuel Room handicapped accessible?
Yes, the Fuel Room is a handicapped accessible facility.

Can people smoke cigarettes in the Fuel Room?
The Fuel Room is a smoke-free environment. We do have a designated smoking area that is subject to the weather;
anyone who chooses to smoke outside the designated area will be subject to a city fine.
Please see our security for a stamp before exiting the venue to prevent any issues on re-entering from the designated smoking area
Are people allowed to exit and re-enter the Venue?
No, for security reasons we do not allow exit and re-entry outside of our designated smoking area,
if you do go outside of this area you will need to purchases a new ticket if available.
Are food and beverages available at the Fuel Room?
Yes. We offer great Steaks, Sandwiches, Handmade brick-oven pizza, Hamburgers and a variety of other food.
The Fuel Room also has two full bars for your enjoyment. We have a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and
illegal substances and we will prosecute violators to the full extent of the law,
If you, or someone in you’re party finds themselves slightly impaired due to the consumption of alcohol,
the Fuel Room participates in a free cab service called Tipsy Taxi.
Just let a member of our staff know that you would like our assistance.
Is there an ATM located inside of the Fuel Room?
Yes, there is an ATM. It is across from the main bar. When you enter the front doors,
the ATM is located left along the wall, just after the coat check room.
Does The Fuel Room serve all Beer & Liquor Brands?
The Fuel Room is proud to be sponsored by the great people at
Anheuser-Busch Budweiser who continue to support Live Music.
In addition we also serve most Miller products, Imports and almost all wine and spirits.
Are coats allowed in The Fuel Room? Do you have a coat check?
For security reasons coats are not allowed in the Fuel Room, Coat check is available and
located by the main box office and entrance.
Coat check is seasonal and only used during the winter months and
during inclement weather for all other seasons.
Does the Fuel Room, allow audio and video taping? What about cameras?
We do not allow video cameras. We do not allow audio taping unless the artist approves.
We do not allow still cameras unless the artist approves, and when approved,
flashes are not allowed as they distract the artists and disrupt other patrons’ experience.
What can’t you bring into the Fuel Room?
We do not allow back packs or other large bags. We do not allow: weapons, illegal substances, mace, food and alcohol.
We want you to have an enjoyable evening. We take security very seriously.
